At Word Life Church one of our core values is "Embrace," we value the importance of embracing the hurting and the lost and being the hands and feet of Jesus. One way we see this value in action is through our Serve Teams: our volunteer team here at WLC. Healing starts at home in the body- we must first learn how to embrace and support each other to know how to embrace others! 

Questions & Answers

Here are some answers to common questions.

A Serve Team is a volunteer team dedicated to serving one another in and outside the body of the Church, in whatever specific capacity it is centered on. All those who are current volunteers are a part of the larger conglomeration of the "Word Life Church Serve Team." The titles "Serve Team," and "Volunteer team," are used synonymously. 

We would love to have you a part of our serve/volunteer team! We are passionate about providing opportunities for your God-given gifts and talents to shine! You can fill out this interest form and we will get back to you! 

No, membership is NOT a requirement to volunteer however we encourage all who are looking to volunteer to first go through our "Word Life 101"- to be fully equipped with the knowledge of our vision, mission, and core beliefs. 

We believe God has hand picked everypne to connect, belong and grow here at Word Life Church.

 

We are thrilled to hear of anyone interested in membership at Word Life Church. We are a family and believe God has called our members specifically to Word Life "for such a time as this!"

At this time membership classes do NOT cost any money! :) 

Membership class times range depending on the amount of interested guests looking to become members, as well as if there are any questions, comments or concerns brought up during class. We can safely estimate classes take anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes to complete.

We provide weekly Admin Hours via Zoom from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
